Online entries for Sunday’s event are available here

Closing date

Entries will close at midnight on Sunday 23rd May 2021.  Unfortunately once entries close we will be unable to accept any more entries.  Please note we do not accept ‘on the day’ entries (apart from The Teddy Dash!)

Cancellations

We regret that having entered the race we will not be able to provide any deferral or refund, either in full or in part, whatever the circumstances of the entrant’s non-attendance after 2 months pre event date. Competitors are able to transfer their entry to a different distance or transfer their entry to another competitor up until the online closing date.  We ask that runners do not give their numbers away to others in the event of their non-attendance as this invalidates the event insurance.

Event registration

Registration for all events will be open on Friday 28th May from 15:00-20:00 and on Saturday 29th from 8.00am to 10.30am.

Please allow plenty of time to register before the race.  At Registration you will collect your timing chip and printed race number to attach to your vest.  Please take the time to write your emergency contact details and any relevant medical information on the reverse of your race number.  Pens and safety pins will be provided at Registration which is situated in the Event Marquee.

Registration for Under 18s

Under 18s are required to have a parent or guardian sign for their race number and the Parental Disclaimer form at Registration; Parents should also escort them to the start line.  Parents/guardians remain responsible for their children throughout the event.
