How much fun can you handle?

This is a challenging ‘fun’ run. Initially it takes the same route out of Grasmere as the 10k, but on reaching Deer Bolts Wood it descends to the Grasmere shoreline, and then returns to the village of Grasmere, finishing on the sports field for a grandstand finish.

A great event, especially for those not ready to take on the full 10k, and is popular with children and families wanting to run or walk together.

All 5.7km trail run finishers receive the bespoke Grasmere Gallop wooden medal, free event photographs and more importantly cake…
